Where The Polka Dots Roam Kids Bedding: Themed Sheets and Nap Pockets
Eight themed sheet sets and two preschool nap pockets make up the children's line. The sheets carry Western horses, baseball, football and soccer, dancing ballerinas, a fairytale unicorn, forest animals and a seafoam folktale design; the nap pockets come in a shark or a rainbow pattern.
The child's bed sorts the choice. A toddler at day care needs a nap pocket, a first bed calls for one of the twin sets, and a child on a larger mattress narrows things to the full-size horse and sports sets or the queen unicorn set. Pick the theme only after that, since most prints exist in one size.

What to weigh in Where The Polka Dots Roam kids bedding
Room to grow into a bigger bed
Only two themes span more than one size. Horses and sports are each made as a twin with one pillowcase and as a full with two, so a child who outgrows a twin can keep the same theme on the next bed. The other prints are a single size, which matters if a bed upgrade is a year or two away.
A fitted sheet that stays on
Children's beds take a beating, and the elastic decides whether the corners stay tucked. The ballerina twin and the full horse and full sports sets pair a deep pocket with elastic all round the hem. The forest animals twin set fits mattresses up to 16 inches deep, the one to choose when a twin has a thick topper.
Nap time away from home
The shark and rainbow nap pockets each measure 48 by 24 inches and fit a standard size nap mat, with a blanket attached so nothing gets lost between home and school. Both are Minky microfiber, labeled for ages 2 to 6 and safe in the washer and dryer. The rainbow version is also lightweight and folds small for a preschool backpack.
